We accept payments through Shopify Payments and approved third-party payment providers, including Shop Pay and Afterpay.

6. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards issued by RAKIYA TOUSANT do not expire and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
7. SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless explicitly stated otherwise.
RAKIYA TOUSANT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
8. PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items may experience production or shipping delays. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and subject to change.
All pre-order sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
